Writing 200
In the fall of Junior year I enrolled in Writing 200, the gateway course for the Minor in Writing. As one of the requirements of the course, it was mandatory for students to create a writing project repurposed from another piece of writing. After this new piece of writing was created, we remediated it as well. I chose to take two blog posts from former history courses and create one academic research paper about the Pope's public silence during the Holocaust. Below I have attached a pre-writing outline, my first solid draft, peer comments, my finalized draft, professor comments, and my annotated bibliography.
